Q. Do your hats come with stickers?
A. As much as stickers have become part of the look for snapback hats, we have chosen not to provide them as we see them as a health hazard for children. We hope you understand.
Q. I don't know which hat to buy as a present, do you offer exchanges?
A. At this stage, we don't offer exchanges. But luckily for you, we do have gift vouchers available. Just choose your price in the store and the lucky recipient can choose the hat of their choice.

Q. A design that I really wanted is now sold out. When are you getting more?
A. Depending on the success of each hat, we may re run a style. To make sure you can pick up what you like, follow our updates on Instagram and Facebook for when new stock comes in and get in quickly.
Returns
Q. The hat I ordered arrived and looks great but isn't the style I ordered. Can you send me the right one?
A. Of course. We take care in what we supply, but sometimes, as humans, we make errors. Just get your hat back to us and we will offer you a gift voucher to cover your shipping costs too
Q. The hat has arrived but has a defect. Can I send it back?
A. We make every effort to check all our hats are up to our high standard. Sorry that yours slipped through the cracks. If you send it back to us, we will replace it with one that is in top condition.
Q. I changed my mind and want a different hat. Can I swap it for a different style?
A. We will honour an exchange with a store credit as long as the hat is returned within 7 days of delivery in original purchase state. But one can never have enough hats though, so why not just keep it and add another to your collection?
Q. I ordered a sale or second item and want to exchange it. Can I get it replaced?
A. Unfortunately, all sales of second stock and reduced priced items are final and won't be accepted for exchange.
Shipping
Q. Do you ship overseas?
A. Indeed we do. Just select your country in the checkout phase and shipping rates will be displayed.
Q. Do you offer express shipping?
A. We do. Please proceed with your order and you can select the express shipping option to get your hands on your new hats faster.
